Summary: We had a fantastic experience! The great hospitality from when we first arrived to the best breakfast and friendly staff. We really appreciated the extra attention we got regarding our anniversary. The balcony over the canal was also a great surprise which we enjoyed. We are definitely coming back with our next trip to Venice!

The thoughtful touches continued inside with plush robes and slippers and delicious chocolates awaiting us. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. They consistently went above and beyond to assist with all our arrangements, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The warm welcome began with a delightful Prosecco on arrival, setting the tone for a truly pampered stay. Breakfast was another highlight. Served in a cute courtyard, it was a delicious affair where we could order directly from the menu and have everything delivered right to our table. A wonderful start to each day! Frankly, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if we return to Venice. Summary: From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a wonderful stay - incredibly welcoming and helpful staff, lovely room, gorgeous decor and a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast options and had a fantastic dinne too! Would certainly recommend and will definitely return!

Summary: Absolutely stunning property with everything you could want when staying in such a historical place. Our room had two balconies looking onto the canal. We took a ride on a Gondola at Academia Bridge and he dropped us home right at the hotels very own boat dock. Absolutely magical.

Summary: Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated throughout. Our roomand bed were very comfortable and we loved the bath! We had a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of prosecco - we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We would highly reccommend this hotel and will definitely return next time we visit Venice.
